Most US car batteries have both a 0 degree CCA and also a 32 degree CCA (cold cranking amps).  An example is a battery that has a 850 CCA at 32 degrees F and 650 CCA at 0 degrees F.  Im pretty sure the SOH (state of health) could be significantly affected by what is entered.

Always use CCA at  0°F.  If the tester sense abnormal conditions, such as a cold battery, other screens may display. respond to any questions as necessary.

If you see both ratings I guess use the appropriate one or do both for possible different results. I do not have Autel's tester and happy to be able an see any CCA rating without removing a crap load of stuff. That being said mid-tronics is always going to give you a CCA rating but have noticed it asked you on borderline battery above/below 32 degrees often with pass result below and fail above 32. Example: say 850 CCA like you stated and tests at 675CCA will probably be a pass below 32 degrees and fail above. The car is probably always starting in this example I suppose give it a charge and test again but I tend to know my customer's preference whether or not to replace.
